About This Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how slvio ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who access or use the slvio website at slvio.net and all associated services, products, and features.

In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions on a data privacy matter, this Policy will prevail.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed by slvio in connection with your use of the platform, whether collected online through slvio.net, through our mobile-optimised site, through our customer support channels, or in connection with the fulfilment of our regulatory obligations as a PAGCOR-regulated operator.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, slvio is the personal information controller in respect of all personal data collected through slvio.net. As the personal information controller, slvio determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
slvio has registered with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines in accordance with NPC Circular No. 17-01 on Personal Data Breach Management and the relevant NPC registration requirements applicable to personal information controllers operating in the Philippines.

How We Collect Your Data
slvio collects personal data through the following channels and methods:
- Direct collection: When you register an account on slvio.net, complete the KYC verification process, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, or respond to a survey or promotion.
- Automated collection: When you visit and interact with slvio.net, our systems automatically collect certain technical and usage data through cookies, log files, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 8 (Cookies & Tracking) for full details.
- Third-party collection: From identity verification service providers during the KYC process, from payment processors during deposit and withdrawal transactions, and from fraud prevention partners who provide risk scoring information to help protect your account.
- Publicly available sources: Where necessary for enhanced due diligence purposes, slvio may supplement your profile with information from publicly available Philippine government databases, court records, or sanctions lists as required by AML regulations.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, slvio is required to have a lawful basis for each purpose for which we process your personal data. The lawful bases we rely on are as follows:
- Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — specifically, to operate your slvio account, process your deposits and withdrawals, and deliver the gaming services you have requested. Without this processing, we cannot provide the slvio service.
- Legal obligation: Processing is necessary for slvio to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and any applicable NPC issuances or PAGCOR circulars.
- Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for the purposes of slvio's legitimate interests in operating a secure, fair, and commercially viable gaming platform — including fraud prevention, security monitoring, responsible gaming program delivery, and service improvement — provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and interests.
- Consent: Where slvio relies on your consent as the lawful basis for processing — for example, for sending you personalised marketing communications via SMS or email — we will always obtain that consent explicitly and separately. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How We Use Your Personal Data
slvio uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes:
- Account management: Creating and maintaining your slvio account, verifying your identity and age (you must be 21 or above), enabling secure login, and processing account changes or closures.
- Service delivery: Enabling you to deposit and withdraw funds, play games, claim bonuses, earn VIP loyalty rewards, and access all features available on slvio.net.
- KYC and AML compliance: Verifying your identity documents, screening your details against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases, monitoring your transaction activity for suspicious patterns, and submitting reports to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where required by law.
- Fraud prevention and platform security: Detecting and investigating unauthorised account access, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment fraud, and other prohibited activities that could harm you or other slvio players.
- Responsible gaming: Monitoring your gaming patterns to identify potential problem gambling behaviours, administering deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests, and providing personalised responsible gaming support where appropriate.
- Customer support: Responding to your queries, complaints, and requests via live chat, email, or other support channels, and maintaining records of interactions for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
- Marketing and personalisation (with consent): Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and personalised game recommendations that match your preferences — but only where you have opted in to receive such communications.
- Regulatory reporting: Providing transaction and player data to PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by slvio's operating licence and applicable law.
- Platform improvement: Analysing usage data in aggregate to understand how players interact with slvio.net and to improve the platform's features, performance, and user experience.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
slvio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose:
- Payment processors: We share relevant financial and identity data with payment service providers (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 processors) to facilitate your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for this purpose.
- Identity verification providers: We share identity document data with licensed KYC and AML service providers to verify your identity and screen your details against regulatory watchlists.
- Game providers: Technical data (such as your session token and wager data) is shared with our licensed third-party game providers to enable game functionality. Game providers do not receive your identity or contact data.
- Regulatory authorities: We are required by law to share certain player data with PAGCOR (our licensing authority), the AMLC (for AML reporting), and the NPC (in the event of a data breach or upon lawful request). We also comply with valid court orders and directions from law enforcement agencies.
- Fraud prevention networks: We may share limited technical and transaction data with fraud prevention service providers operating in the Philippine online gaming sector to protect all players from organised fraud.
- Professional advisers: We share data as necessary with our lawyers, auditors, and insurers, who are subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
All third parties with whom slvio shares personal data are required to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process your data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with our instructions and applicable Philippine data privacy law.

- Marketing preferences: Retained for the duration of your account. Where you opt out of marketing, your opt-out preference is retained indefinitely to ensure we do not inadvertently re-contact you.
When personal data is no longer required, slvio securely deletes or irreversibly anonymises it using industry-standard data destruction methods. Anonymised data (which can no longer be linked back to an identifiable individual) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
Data Security
slvio implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Our security framework includes:

Right to Access
Request a copy of the personal data slvio holds about you, along with information on how it is being used.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your slvio account.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it, subject to retention obligations.
Right to Object

Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to Restriction
Request that processing of your data be restricted in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute about accuracy is being resolved.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "DPO — Data Privacy Request." Please include your registered account username, your full name, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. slvio will respond within 15 business days of receiving a valid, complete request.
slvio will not charge a fee for processing your rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Where a fee is applicable, we will notify you before proceeding. Identity verification may be required before we can act on your request to protect your data from unauthorised disclosure.
If you are not satisfied with slvio's response to your rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC's contact information and complaint procedures are available on the NPC's official website.
Children & Minors
slvio is strictly an adults-only platform. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years old. slvio does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from any individual under the age of 21.
As part of our registration and KYC process, slvio requires all new players to provide proof of age in the form of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accounts where the player is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, and the personal data of the underage individual will be securely deleted following the conclusion of any required regulatory reporting.
slvio does not direct any of its marketing communications, promotional content, or platform features toward individuals under 21 years of age. Our age verification controls are designed to prevent underage access at the point of registration and on an ongoing basis through our responsible gaming monitoring systems.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
slvio's primary operations and data processing infrastructure are based in the Philippines. However, in the course of providing certain services — such as identity verification, game delivery, and fraud prevention — some of your personal data may be transferred to and processed by third-party service providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, slvio ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the applicable NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows. Specifically, slvio takes the following measures:
- Entering into data processing agreements with all third-party processors that incorporate standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC or equivalent data protection authorities.
- Conducting due diligence assessments of the data protection standards maintained by recipient third parties before transferring any personal data.
- Transferring only the minimum personal data necessary for the relevant service provider to perform their contracted function.
- Requiring all third-party processors to notify slvio promptly in the event of any personal data breach affecting data received from slvio.
By using slvio.net and accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in countries outside the Philippines as described above, subject to the safeguards set out in this section.
Third-Party Services & Links
slvio.net may contain references to third-party game providers and payment processors whose services are integrated into the platform. These third parties operate their own privacy policies and data processing practices, which are independent of slvio's Privacy Policy. slvio is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game providers or payment processors beyond the contractual safeguards described in Section 7.
When you interact directly with a third-party game provider's interface embedded within slvio.net, that provider may process certain technical data (such as your session token, wager data, and game results) in accordance with their own privacy documentation. slvio requires all integrated game providers to maintain data processing standards that are consistent with Philippine data privacy law requirements as a condition of their integration on the platform.
For payment processing, your financial transaction data is handled directly by your chosen payment provider (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, or your USDT wallet provider). slvio does not store your full payment credentials. Please review the privacy policy of your chosen payment provider for information on how they handle your financial data.
Policy Updates
slvio reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable Philippine law or NPC guidance, changes to our business operations, or improvements to our privacy programme.
When we make material changes to this Policy — that is, changes that meaningfully affect how we process your personal data or the rights available to you — we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:
- Displaying a prominent notice on slvio.net for a period of at least 30 days following the change.
- Sending an email notification to the email address registered to your slvio account.
- Displaying an in-platform notification on your account dashboard upon your next login.

Your continued use of slvio.net following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you should cease using slvio.net and contact our support team to close your account.
For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language that do not change the substance of the Policy, or administrative updates — we will update the Policy without prior notice, updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document accordingly.
